My theme, “Seeing Things in a New Light,” is about how  2020 has forced many of us to come face to face with social injustices and learn things about our country that have been kept hidden from the surface for a long time now, and now everyone is seeing things in a new light. One good thing 2020 has done is it has brought a lot of attention and awareness to issues that have been happening for a very long time now and is bringing a call for change. Child sex trafficking has been around for centuries and it was around July 2020 when a movement started with #SaveOurChildren, which brought to light these issues and helped spread this information across the world
